Prada and A Christmas Carol
So I made the trek to Indy to see Jill this weekend, and do some Christmas shopping. I was introduced to the fashion mall, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Mmmmm Prada, Chanel, Louie....they were all there, just calling to me. I was a good girl, and didn't buy anything, but I take a serious look at the clearance shoe wrack full of Prada and Jimmy Choos. That even we went to see "A Christmas Carol" put on by the Indianapolis Reperatory Theater . It was excellent. I wondered how this would be staged, and it was brilliantly done with mimimal scenery, props and effects. (Although I still want to know if those were real candles!) The narrative fit right in with the dialogue, and they basically told the story along with acting it out. I can't really describe it, and I'm sure there is some sort of technical term, but I have no idea what it would be. I just know I enjoyed it immensely.
